Supply Chain Safeguards

Our sophisticated parts scheduling system oversees and coordinates all work currently being conducted in Paulo facilities which allows us to quickly find capacity for rush orders.
Large Scale Processing
Many components for rigging and off-highway heavy equipment we treat are larger than typical automotive parts and require upsized equipment for thermal processing. Our dedicated large-capacity equipment and adaptable processes allow us to handle a wide range of components without compromising precision.

Heavy Truck Thermal Processing Capabilities
We are a full-service commercial thermal processor with a comprehensive range of capabilities and a vast equipment array. These are a few of the services we most commonly perform for our heavy truck customers.
Through Hardening
For parts that need to withstand heavy loads in their service life, through hardening is a common first step in the heat treating process. Through hardening involves heating alloys to enhance their strength, hardness, and wear-resistance.
We have oil quench furnaces capable of handling cycles up to 3,500 pounds. We can handle parts measuring up to 48 inches by 36 inches by 36 inches in batch processing and continuous processing of up to 4,000 pounds per hour.
Deep Case Carburizing
Parts for wear applications, such as fasteners, bearings, gears, engine components and more, usually require deep case carburizing in our batch and continuous belt furnaces to preserve a softer, more ductile core—ultimately allowing parts to carry heavier loads with more torque.
Austempering
Austempering is a process used for parts that require added hardness but the need to preserve its shape and tight dimensional requirements.
Zinc Plating & Phosphating
Zinc plating and zinc phosphating are trusted finishing processes used throughout the automotive industry to provide parts with greater corrosion resistance, reduced conductivity, and improved appearance.
Black Oxide Coating
A pigmented coating that finishes parts with a sharp matte black appearance. Black oxide coating minimizes light reflection and improves the corrosion resistance of a part.
