Mike Harper

As director of sales, Mike provides leadership to Paulo’s national sales managers across the entire system and is responsible for quoting activities for the company. Mike finds fulfillment in connecting customers with solutions that result in long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships for both organizations. One of his favorite, most challenging projects was working with a customer in reshoring their operations, which required extensive testing, equipment customization, cross-divisional collaboration, and process refinement. Mike believes that the dedication to teamwork at Paulo is what helps make the company and our customers successful.
