Mike Harper

As director of sales, Mike provides leadership to AST-Paulo’s national sales managers across the entire system and is responsible for quoting activities for the company. Mike finds fulfillment in connecting customers with solutions that result in long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships for both organizations. One of his favorite, most challenging projects was working with a customer in reshoring their operations, which required extensive testing, equipment customization, cross-divisional collaboration, and process refinement. Mike believes that the dedication to teamwork at AST-Paulo is what helps make the company and our customers successful.
