Ryan Van Dyke

As Senior Director of Operations, Ryan oversees Paulo’s Safety, Environmental, Quality, and Metallurgy efforts, ensuring the company operates safely while meeting regulatory and customer requirements. His teams provide technical and process support across all facilities. Ryan thrives on Paulo’s collaborative culture, believing that good communication and teamwork can accomplish just about anything. What keeps him excited about heat treating is the remarkable variety: one moment he’s reviewing specs for a safety-critical automotive part, the next he’s doing process development for a component headed to space. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical Engineering, and in his free time enjoys biking, hiking, camping, and spending time with his family.
