Tim Mohr

Tim has been leading at Paulo since joining the organization in 2007. As Senior Director of Operations and Strategy, his accountabilities include quality, environmental, safety, and strategy. Tim often says that he’s honored to have the opportunity to lead some of the most dedicated and talented QEHS professionals in the business. He also supports the leadership team in developing as strategy for the future and aligning the organization to that strategy, which is a challenge that he finds incredibly rewarding. Tim describes datagineering as “problem solving with your eyes wide open—business and operations intelligence in action.” Outside of his role at Paulo, Tim’s life centers around his family, and he enjoys reading books with his daughters and watching his youngest play soccer. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
