Operations Leadership Changes

Paulo is excited to announce three leadership changes to the Operations team. Tee Rassieur has been promoted to Vice President Operations, Tim Mohr has been promoted to Director of Strategic Programs, and Kyle Moore has been promoted to Plant Manager of the St. Louis Division. Promoting from within and providing leadership development and training is a key part of Paulo’s strategy.


Kyle Moore is nearing five years with Paulo in which time he has excelled in roles of increasing responsibility. From Corporate Quality and Quality Manager to Production Manager of the St. Louis plant Kyle has a proven record of success. Kyle will report to Tee Rassieur, Vice President Operations who commented, “Kyle has played a huge role in onboarding customers, aligning the St. Louis team to continuously take advantage of opportunities to increase productivity, and creating an environment where team members feel safe and valued”.

Tim Mohr Plant Manager
Kyle is filling the role vacated by Tim Mohr as Tim takes on the responsibility of Director of Strategic Programs. Tim joined Paulo in 2007 on the Engineering team, later moving to the St. Louis plant in Quality and Production Management, then on to Plant Manager. Tee Rassieur remarked, “Tim’s creativity and ability to effectively communicate will serve to further execute our Future Picture. In this position, Tim will coordinate, prioritize, and integrate the many strategic operations projects that make up our overall strategy”.

Tee Rassieur Director
Tee Rassieur has been with Paulo for five years, first in Nashville learning the day to day operations of a heat treatment plant, then leading the Kansas City location as Plant Manager. Most recently as Director of Strategic Programs he led strategic planning and implementation of the Prometheus Process across all Paulo plants and Corporate. As Vice President Operations Tee will lead the plant managers of all Paulo facilities, aligning all of the operations to achieving our Future Picture.

Tee will report to Paulo’s President, Ben Rassieur, who said, “Tee has developed a deep understanding of Paulo’s operations in a relatively short period of time. His leadership will enhance the performance of plants, delivering quality and service to our customers and a safe, rewarding environment for our team members.”
