Recent Additions to the Paulo Team

Paulo would like to announce some of the newest team members that joined Paulo in the fourth quarter t of 2023. The following team members underwent our annual Breakthrough to Excellence strategic planning sessions and have already begun making an impact. Rob Tayloe – Corporate Director of Quality

Rob joined Paulo in November of 2023 as our Corporate Director of Quality. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Metallurgy and has diverse experience including mining, smelting, research, and manufacturing. An interesting highlight of his past work is working with material from the Titanic. Outside of work Rob is an avid photographer and spelunker.

Jarod Nevison – Cleveland Operations Manager

Jarod joined Paulo in November of 2023 as the Cleveland Division’s Operations Manager. Jarod has experience managing operations in the investment casting industry in addition to leading process improvement initiatives. Jarod is an experienced leader with an extensive manufacturing background. In his free time Jarod enjoys travelling, riding motorcycles, and camping.

Jay Adamson – Key Account Manager

Jay joined Paulo in December of 2023 as a Key Account Manager for the Murfreesboro Division. He has substantial experience in enterprise level logistics, industrial engineering, and account management. He also has worked in automation sales. Away from work Jay is an avid runner and enjoys mentoring new runners.
