Heat Treat Today is a publication dedicated to helping manufacturers make the best possible decisions when it comes to their heat treating. Each year, the publication publishes its 40 Under 40 list of emerging leaders making significant contributions in the heat treating industry. Four Paulo team members were named to the class of 2020: Kyle Moore, Andy Muto, Tee Rassieur, and Will Rassieur.
Meet our 40 Under 40 class of 2020 representatives:
Kyle Moore
Kyle has six years of experience in the heat treating industry and is the Plant Manager of our St. Louis division. Kyle started as a quality manager, where he demonstrated his talent and passion for excellent results. Recently promoted to his current role as Plant Manager in St. Louis, Kyle has a tenacious focus on improving our customers’ experience and performance in the plant. He recently pioneered a new loading method for continuous belt heat treating, and he continues to lead his team to improve that method. Kyle is part of the YES class of 2019.
Andy Muto
Andy is the Operations Manager at our Cleveland division with six years of heat treating industry experience. Andy is currently working with a team in the Cleveland plant to create greater efficiencies in the plant’s material handling processes. The improvements this team has identified will improve product flow through the largest commercial vacuum facility in the United States, improving turnaround times for many essential manufacturers. Andy was also instrumental in the successful launch of Cleveland’s hot isostatic press.
Tee Rassieur
Tee Rassieur is our Vice President of Operations and he’s responsible for overseeing all of our plant operations. Tee helps all of the company’s plants establish a well-designed future picture and a plan to achieve it, having been a key player in opening our sixth division in Monterrey, Mexico.
Will Rassieur
Will Rassieur is our Vice President of Sales, leading the organization to take bold steps in improving our approach to the commercial heat treat market. Will brings an intense focus on understanding our customers’ perspectives and offering solutions that solve real problems. Will redesigned the structure of the sales organization at Paulo which has enabled significant growth for us over the past few years. Will has also written technical articles and published them for the benefit of others in our industry.
Derek Denlinger and Cory Husemann from our team were also identified as honorable mentions by Heat Treat Today.
We are incredibly proud of how these team members (and everyone within our organization) are shaping the future of Paulo and how they have helped us navigate an especially challenging year. We are grateful to Heat Treat Today for highlighting the work we’re doing to continuously improve the heat treating industry.
