AST-Monterrey delivers high-volume heat treating for automotive manufacturers across Nuevo León and northern Mexico, specializing in safety-critical brake components for passenger cars and trucks. Eight large-capacity furnaces perform ferritic nitrocarburizing and stress relieving around the clock, processing loads up to 100,000 pounds under IATF 16949 and CQI-9 certified quality controls. Our centralized process network gives every part the same repeatable, traceable results our customers count on across the entire AST-Paulo system.
