Chad joined Paulo in early 2017 as Corporate Quality Manager.  Since that time Chad has overseen the successful completion of dozens of internal and external audits, including transition audits from ISO/TS 16949 to IATF 16949 and from AS9100 rev C to rev D and Nadcap recertification audits.  Chad has also led efforts to standardize quality documentation across all Paulo facilities and in risk assessment and mitigation planning.
