The Farnborough International Airshow was held last week in Farnborough, England. The show alternates years with the Paris Air Show and hosts a smaller but still international audience. Over 70,000 trade visitors attend the show which is comprised of thousands of exhibits, dozens of chalets, a static aircraft display, and an air show.
Paulo partnered with the state of Missouri for a booth at the show which served as a hub for meetings with both existing and prospective customers. Paulo team members Aldo Rodriguez, William Rassieur, and Phil Harris attended the show.
Phil Harris commented, “These international air shows provide a unique opportunity to meet with the Aerospace Primes and the supply chain, from material suppliers to Tier Ones. The show was a success, and we are excited about the new connections we made and the chance to meet with current customers and strengthen those relationships.”
The show reflected the continued strength of the Aerospace industry globally with over $100bn in new orders placed. Most orders were for single-aisle Boeing 737 MAX and Airbus A320neo aircraft.
