Kyle Moore promoted to St. Louis Production Manager

Paulo is excited to announce that Kyle Moore has accepted the St. Louis Production Manager position effective October 2nd. Kyle joined Paulo in 2014 as a Corporate Quality Management Associate. He was influential in improving our quality management systems and performing audits for ISO 9001, AS9100, TS16949, CQI-9, and NADCAP across multiple facilities.

Kyle was then promoted to Paulo St. Louis Quality Manager.  In this role he improved the customer experience, enhanced the service level of the quality system and systematically worked through well over 50 PPAP’s (Production Part Approval Process) in 2017.  His commitment to the Paulo team and our customers has been instrumental in the success of the plant.  His ability to lead process improvement, problem solve, and interface with customers will continue his success as Production Manager.  Kyle demonstrates excellent understanding and commitment to our mission of helping our customers succeed.

Tim Mohr, St. Louis Plant Manager, added, “As Quality Manager Kyle has made tremendous improvements to our Quality Systems.  I’m excited for him to move into the Production Manager role and continue to move the ball down the field.”

Kyle commented, “We have all seen Paulo grow and change and I am very fortunate and proud to be a part of this.  I am excited about our future and the team we have assembled to get us there.  I look forward to continuing to build our relationships and make our team even stronger.”
