Kansas City Heat Treating Capacity: Our Equipment

Continuous Belt Furnace

The belt furnace in Kansas City has Nadcap and CQI-9 certifications. It can also process to AMS 2759/1. This furnace performs gas carburizing, carbonitriding, and neutral hardening processes.

Two of our batch integral quench furnaces in Paulo’s Kansas City division are Nadcap certified. Our integral batch furnaces in Kansas City perform stress relieving, annealing, neutral hardening, carburizing, carbonitriding, and ferritic nitrocarburizing.
