Scott Bush

Scott leads plant operations with a clear focus on the four key pillars of manufacturing excellence: safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency. Since joining AST-Paulo in 2025, he’s brought a confident presence to our Cleveland heat treating operation and enjoys the challenge of rising demand while keeping operations running smoothly. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and believes in the power of using data to make smart, sustainable decisions. One of his favorite things about AST-Paulo is the team’s shared commitment to service. When not at work, you’ll likely find Scott on the water at Lake Erie or taking long walks with his dog.
