Ethan Castle

Ethan is responsible for the operation of Paulo’s St. Louis Division. He enjoys leading and mentoring the team in St. Louis team while delivering on our mission to help our customers succeed. Ethan holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management and and MBA with a marketing certificate, and he has been a part of the Paulo team since 2017. One of his favorite, most challenging projects was working with a top automotive OEM to gain approval for heat treating their high-pressure die casting dies. For him, datagineering means peace of mind for our customers, which is essential in a world where manufacturing is constantly changing. In his spare time, he enjoys keeping physically fit, brewing his own artisan coffee, and working on home improvement projects.
