Paulo Kansas City has had two recent additions to their team:
Sarah Jennings – Heat Treat Manager
Sarah rejoins Paulo as Heat Treat Manager of the Kansas City Division. Sarah worked at Paulo Corporate Headquarters as a co-op while earning her Metallurgical Engineering Degree from Missouri S&T. After that she worked as a Process Engineer and Metallurgist. Sarah moved on to the melt shop of a steel manufacturer and later for an international agriculture equipment manufacturer both in metallurgical roles. Sarah brings her experience managing teams, maintaining quality systems, and optimizing processes back to Paulo.
Kenny Palmer – Production Manager
Kenny has joined the Paulo team as Production Manager. Kenny is responsible for ensuring production meets customer requirements through efficient use of lean manufacturing principles. He has a variety of manufacturing experience and most recently managed a railcar repair plant in Nebraska. Throughout his career he has implemented tangible productivity and efficiency improvements. Kenny attended school in Kansas, graduating with an Accounting degree from Emporia State University and an MBA from Baker University.
