Paulo Kansas City Division announces Operations Manager Rocky Glenn

Rocky’s professional manufacturing experience includes being plant manager at the Greenbrier Corporation, where he led a turnaround situation for a $20MM rail car repair facility. He has also held various production leadership positions within the Eaton Corporation at several locations. His previous positions include Business Team Leader, Lean Manager, Continuous Improvement Manager, and most recently as Fabrication Manager at the Eaton facility in Omaha, NE.
This position has been created to add a leadership resource that can help the Paulo Kansas City Division team focus on improving overall operations.  Paulo’s Kansas City Division has opportunities to improve the effectiveness of our productivity and profitability program, to provide more focus on job development and winning additional sales, and to improve the training and engagement of our personnel.
