Jim Heman Retires

Jim Heman retired as Paulo’s Vice President of Sales & Marketing on February 26, 2016, after 47 years of service.
Jim joined Paulo as an estimator soon after completing his service in the United States Air Force. Jim rose through the ranks to Senior Estimator, Sales Manager, and Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Jim has been an integral part of Paulo’s growth from a local heat treater in St. Louis to a nationally recognized provider of heat treating, brazing and metal finishing services throughout the Midwest and Southeast United States. Jim worked with four generations of Paulo’s owners, the Rassieur Family, and will continue to represent Paulo at some trade events.
