Sales Team Changes

Paulo welcomes back Curt Heineck and Crystal Wells transitions to Regional Sales role.
Paulo is excited to welcome back Curt Heineck. Curt was part of the Paulo team for 30 years with experience in quoting, operations, and sales. His deep knowledge of heat treatment and years of experience make him a trusted partner to our customers and a valued resource internally. Curt is assuming the role of Key Account Manager for the Kansas City Division, and is responsible for current Paulo customers.

William Rassieur, Vice President Sales, commented, “With a background in Operations and Sales, Curt brings a unique skill set to our team. He is very knowledgeable about our customer base and their processes. I am confident Curt will hit the ground running and continue the success he was having previously. Curt will again be a huge asset to the Kansas City Team, the Sales Team and our Customers.”
Crystal Wells was the previous Key Account Manager for Kansas City, and she is moving to the Regional Sales Manager role.  She is responsible for building relationships with new customers and generating new sales for Paulo locations.  She is based in Wichita, KS but will cover much of the US west of the Mississippi.
