Ethan Castle

Ethan is responsible for the operation of AST-Paulo’s St. Louis Division. He enjoys leading and mentoring the team in St. Louis while delivering on our mission to help our customers succeed. Ethan holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management and an MBA with a marketing certificate, and he has been a part of the AST-Paulo team since 2017. One of his favorite, most challenging projects was working with a top automotive OEM to gain approval for heat treating their high-pressure die casting dies. For him, providing reliably precise heat treatment is key to giving our customers peace of mind in a world where manufacturing is constantly changing. In his spare time, he enjoys keeping physically fit, brewing his own artisan coffee, and working on home improvement projects.
