Terry Rassieur

As Chief Operating Officer, Terry is responsible for overseeing operations across AST-Paulo, ensuring the team delivers superior quality and service that helps customers achieve their goals and solve their problems. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a master’s degree in structural engineering, and has been part of the AST-Paulo team since 1982. Terry has played a key role in integrating new locations into the AST-Paulo system over the years and sees it as one of his greatest challenges and accomplishments. Terry values being part of a team that is collaborative, committed to excellence, and capable of solving complex problems together. In his spare time, he enjoys getting out on his bicycle.
