Tim Mohr

As Executive Vice President, Tim leads operational performance across all AST-Paulo plants, with accountability for quality, service, productivity, safety, and profitability. He has been part of the AST-Paulo team since 2007 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. What Tim finds most meaningful in his work is empowering his team to lead with purpose and connect everyday responsibilities to something deeper. He’s energized by the fact that heat treating touches nearly every industry yet few people truly understand it, which puts AST-Paulo in the role of educator. Outside of work, Tim’s time centers around family, ultra-distance cycling, and gravel riding.
