Steven Poss

As Director of Finance, Steven provides financial leadership and oversight across AST-Paulo, with responsibility for accounting standards, budgeting and forecasting, capital planning, and business partnership across the organization. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Finance from Saint Louis University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Missouri. Steven has been part of the AST-Paulo team since 2019. He is drawn to AST-Paulo’s culture of entrepreneurship and the empowerment to drive meaningful change, and he channels that energy into leading his team through process improvements and professional growth. One of his most impactful contributions has been developing a financial forecasting model that enables efficient and accurate reforecasting on a quarterly cadence. Outside of work, Steven enjoys fishing, hunting, and golf.
