Chad Stracener

As Plant Manager of our Murfreesboro Division, Chad is responsible for the safety, operations, and overall success of the plant and its people. He brings over 30 years of manufacturing experience spanning chrome plating and injection molding to heavy gauge stamping and aerospace atomization. Chad joined the AST-Paulo team in 2020 and has since led a meaningful cultural transformation at the facility, including the implementation of a true 6S environment and achieving one of the highest equipment uptime ratings in the corporation. At the end of the day, what drives Chad is simple: put the right people in the right roles and watch them thrive, because when the team succeeds, the customers do too. Outside of work, he enjoys camping, off-roading, and spending time with family.
