Beth Gieseler

As Director of Human Resources, Beth oversees the daily operations of the HR department, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. She develops and implements HR strategies that support organizational goals and foster a positive workplace culture. Beth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management with a focus in Human Resources and has been part of the AST-Paulo team since 2011. She takes pride in being a resource for her teammates and values the support system that exists throughout the organization. One of her most impactful projects has been leading the implementation of a new HRIS system, streamlining processes and creating a one-stop shop for team members and leaders across AST-Paulo. Outside of work, Beth enjoys cooking, baking, and spending time with family, friends, and her dog.
