Vlad Mytko promoted to Process Engineer
Paulo is proud to announce the promotion of Vladimir Mytko to Process Engineer, effective March 6th. Vlad has been with Paulo for 16 years at the Cleveland Division. He was hired as a vacuum technician and was quickly promoted to vacuum supervisor. Bob Muto, Cleveland Plant Manager, says, “I first met Vlad when he was working for a customer years ago. He is hardworking, dedicated and easy to work with.” That hard work and his engineering background made him a great choice for the role of process engineer.
In his new role Vlad will be putting his engineering degree to good use in designing fixtures and developing process improvements for the Cleveland Division. His initial focus will be on the brazing processes driving quality, repeatability, and productivity. Andy Muto, Production Manager, added, “I am very excited to have Vlad in this role. His attention to detail and knowledge of the production side of the business make him a great fit.”
