Emily Rassieur

Emily is committed to elevating the team member experience as Director of Human Resources at Paulo. She focuses on developing relationships with team members at all levels of the organization and learning from their input and feedback to foster continuous improvement. As a member of the fourth generation of the Rassieur family to work in the business, she takes pride in preserving the culture of growth and integrity that her great grandparents started the company with in the 1940s. When she’s away from work, Emily enjoys spending time outdoors and trying new restaurants.
