Benajmin F. Rassieur III

As president at Paulo, Ben is responsible for the overall strategy and performance of the Paulo organization. He represents the third generation of the Rassieur family to lead the company; Paulo was founded by Ben’s grandparents in 1943. Ben attributes Paulo’s success to the collaboration and continuous improvement mindset of its team of leaders. Looking back on over four decades in the business, Ben is especially proud of the successful establishment of Paulo’s Monterrey divsion, the company’s first international location. In his spare time, Ben enjoys leisure activities with his family, hunting, fishing, and working in service to organizations that help people succeed.
