Roy Seltzer Joins Paulo as Kansas City Division Plant Manager
Following the retirement of Mike Neumann as Kansas City Plant Manager, Paulo is excited to announce the addition of Roy Seltzer to our team. Prior to joining Paulo, Roy served as Plant Manager of a commercial heat treating operation in the Northeast. He is a veteran in commercial heat treating, progressing through positions of increasing responsibility over the last 25 years. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from The Pennsylvania State University. Outside of work, Roy has held leadership roles in Junior Achievement and Boy Scouts of America.
Tee Rassieur, VP Operations, commented, “We are excited to have Roy’s strong knowledge base join the Kansas City team. Roy’s track record of involvement in the industry, building and developing teams, and his curiosity will certainly bring success to the plant and company overall.”
Tee also added, “I would also like to thank the Kansas City team for their patience and continued commitment to excellence while we worked to find a great fit. The work that they have put in the last several months has created a strong foundation for this transition. The team has faced many obstacles, but has continuously met customer expectations, improved operating performance, and has displayed extreme flexibility in accepting new challenges daily.”
