He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a master’s degree in structural engineering, and has been part of the AST-Paulo team since 1982. Terry has played a key role in integrating new locations into the AST-Paulo system over the years and sees it as one of his greatest challenges and accomplishments.
