De hecho, tampoco es la forma m\u00e1s segura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00f3mo funciona la nitruraci\u00f3n por ba\u00f1o de sal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El rasgo distintivo de la nitruraci\u00f3n en ba\u00f1o de sal es el ba\u00f1o de sal fundida (normalmente cianuro u otras sales) en el que se sumergen las piezas. El m\u00e9todo consiste en la transferencia por difusi\u00f3n de carbono y nitr\u00f3geno desde la sal fundida a la superficie de la pieza de acero. Sigue siendo un m\u00e9todo popular <a href=\"https:\/\/www.paulo.com\/es\/services\/heat-treating\/case-hardening\/\">endurecimiento de la caja<\/a> t\u00e9cnica porque ofrece:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mayor dureza y resistencia al desgaste en las superficies de las piezas, mientras que los n\u00facleos siguen siendo m\u00e1s blandos y d\u00factiles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mayor resistencia a la corrosi\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reducci\u00f3n significativa del riesgo de distorsi\u00f3n debido a una temperatura de tratamiento comparativamente m\u00e1s baja.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una ventaja del proceso de nitruraci\u00f3n en ba\u00f1o de sal es que se lleva a cabo a temperaturas m\u00e1s bajas que mantienen las piezas en la fase ferr\u00edtica, lo que reduce el riesgo de distorsi\u00f3n durante el tratamiento.<br>La popularidad de la nitruraci\u00f3n en ba\u00f1o de sal se debe en gran medida al \u00e9xito de la comercializaci\u00f3n por parte de los tratadores t\u00e9rmicos de los procesos de FNC basados en el m\u00e9todo del ba\u00f1o de sal. La ubicuidad de estas marcas registradas <a href=\"https:\/\/www.paulo.com\/es\/variants-nitriding-process-trade-names-affect-outcomes\/\">procesos de nitruraci\u00f3n<\/a> a menudo deja a los ingenieros sin saber o esc\u00e9pticos de que las mismas propiedades metal\u00fargicas se pueden lograr a trav\u00e9s de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.paulo.com\/es\/services\/heat-treating\/ferritic-nitrocarburizing\/\">nitrocarburaci\u00f3n ferr\u00edtica<\/a> en un horno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Problemas con la nitruraci\u00f3n en ba\u00f1o de sal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como hemos aludido, la nitruraci\u00f3n en ba\u00f1o de sal puede plantear algunos problemas tanto de seguridad como de coste:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Las soluciones c\u00e1usticas de cianuro ponen a los operarios en riesgo de sufrir graves lesiones si la sal fundida entra en contacto con su piel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Las piezas con costuras no selladas o geometr\u00edas complejas pueden atrapar la soluci\u00f3n salina incluso despu\u00e9s de un lavado riguroso. Esto pone a los trabajadores en riesgo de exposici\u00f3n c\u00e1ustica adicional si la sal se desprende m\u00e1s tarde y puede aumentar el riesgo de da\u00f1os por corrosi\u00f3n en las piezas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Los ba\u00f1os de sal fundida no pueden apagarse. La sal debe permanecer fundida, por lo que los ba\u00f1os deben permanecer calientes incluso cuando no se utilizan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Seguridad y econom\u00eda con el FNC a gas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una de las constantes en la metalurgia es la capacidad de conseguir los mismos resultados mediante procesos diferentes. Tal es el caso cuando se comparan las piezas cementadas en ba\u00f1os de sal con las cementadas en hornos FNC.<br>La FNC con gas ofrece un riesgo de distorsi\u00f3n m\u00ednimo, resistencia a la corrosi\u00f3n y una mayor dureza en la superficie, as\u00ed como la conservaci\u00f3n de la ductilidad del n\u00facleo, al igual que el proceso de nitruraci\u00f3n en ba\u00f1o de sal. Pero el FNC con gas conlleva menos riesgos y dolores de cabeza. No hay productos qu\u00edmicos c\u00e1usticos, no se requiere una limpieza posterior al tratamiento y los hornos de gas -a diferencia de los de ba\u00f1o de sal- pueden apagarse cuando no se utilizan.<br>En Paulo, utilizamos principalmente amon\u00edaco junto con otros gases que contienen carbono para suministrar nitr\u00f3geno y carbono a las piezas de acero. Adem\u00e1s, nuestros hornos de gas cuentan con controles de proceso digitales que nos permiten ajustar los tratamientos a temperaturas y concentraciones de gas exactas. Esto nos permite cumplir incluso las especificaciones m\u00e1s precisas y \u00fanicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Paulo lidera el camino<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estamos llevando nuestras capacidades de FNC a gas a nuevas cotas.
