Por ejemplo, los aceros \"m\u00e1s limpios\" con bajo contenido en carbono y con pocas o ninguna aleaci\u00f3n se incrustan m\u00e1s f\u00e1cilmente y a temperaturas m\u00e1s bajas.<br \/>\nLos aceros de alto carbono y alta aleaci\u00f3n son m\u00e1s resistentes a las incrustaciones, y se requieren temperaturas mucho m\u00e1s altas antes de que se formen.<br \/>\nTanto los fabricantes como los tratadores t\u00e9rmicos tienen m\u00e9todos a su disposici\u00f3n para tratar los problemas de incrustaci\u00f3n, pero existen compensaciones que dependen en gran medida de la composici\u00f3n de la pieza, del tratamiento t\u00e9rmico especificado y de lo que ocurra despu\u00e9s con una pieza determinada.<\/p>\n<h2>Eliminaci\u00f3n de incrustaciones por tratamiento t\u00e9rmico<\/h2>\n<p>Los fabricantes y los tratadores t\u00e9rmicos tienen sus m\u00e9todos preferidos de eliminaci\u00f3n de incrustaciones. Los m\u00e9todos m\u00e1s comunes son \"<a href=\"http:\/\/www.asminternational.org\/web\/hts\/technical-resources\/-\/journal_content\/56\/10192\/ASMHBA0001229\/PUBLICATION\">decapado<\/a>\" una pieza en una soluci\u00f3n \u00e1cida acuosa, el lavado con productos qu\u00edmicos para la eliminaci\u00f3n de incrustaciones, la eliminaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica (mediante un proceso esencialmente opuesto a la galvanoplastia) y la eliminaci\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica.<br \/>\nLos tratadores t\u00e9rmicos suelen preferir la eliminaci\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica mediante <a href=\"https:\/\/www.paulo.com\/es\/services\/metal-finishing\/blasting\/\">voladura<\/a>. La eliminaci\u00f3n de productos qu\u00edmicos requiere el uso de materiales peligrosos que obligar\u00edan a cumplir una normativa medioambiental a\u00f1adida.<br \/>\nUno de los compromisos en el debate sobre la eliminaci\u00f3n de incrustaciones frente a la prevenci\u00f3n es lo que ocurrir\u00e1 despu\u00e9s con una pieza. Por ejemplo, las piezas forjadas a menudo se mecanizan despu\u00e9s del endurecimiento. Es m\u00e1s barato tratar t\u00e9rmicamente en un horno sin atm\u00f3sfera controlada, donde se formar\u00e1n las incrustaciones, y luego eliminarlas porque se producir\u00e1 un nuevo mecanizado. Esto se opone al tratamiento en un horno de atm\u00f3sfera controlada en el que no se forman incrustaciones, pero que es m\u00e1s caro.<br \/>\nDel mismo modo, la eliminaci\u00f3n de incrustaciones por tratamiento t\u00e9rmico puede recomendarse para los lotes m\u00e1s grandes, ya que es m\u00e1s barato realizar el tratamiento t\u00e9rmico en hornos m\u00e1s grandes, no controlados por la atm\u00f3sfera, y luego eliminar las incrustaciones, en lugar de pasar varios lotes m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os por equipos controlados por la atm\u00f3sfera.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Prevenci\u00f3n de incrustaciones por tratamiento t\u00e9rmico<\/h2>\n<p>Sin embargo, hay algunos casos en los que se recomienda prevenir las incrustaciones por tratamiento t\u00e9rmico en lugar de eliminarlas.<br \/>\nPor ejemplo, las piezas de acero para herramientas y de acero inoxidable suelen tratarse mejor en hornos de vac\u00edo que eliminan la atm\u00f3sfera de la c\u00e1mara. Al no haber atm\u00f3sfera con la que reaccionar, no se forman incrustaciones. Las piezas no experimentan la descarburaci\u00f3n y no se forman casos, como en el caso de la cementaci\u00f3n.<br \/>\nUn fabricante puede solicitar que las piezas se traten en hornos de vac\u00edo que aspiran la atm\u00f3sfera de la c\u00e1mara o en hornos de temple integral dise\u00f1ados para eliminar el ox\u00edgeno de la atm\u00f3sfera y evitar la formaci\u00f3n de incrustaciones, pero estos procesos son m\u00e1s caros. A veces puede ser m\u00e1s barato tratar las piezas en hornos sin control atmosf\u00e9rico y eliminar la cascarilla despu\u00e9s. Por ejemplo, a menudo se permite que las piezas fundidas y forjadas se desincrusten durante el proceso de normalizaci\u00f3n porque, de todos modos, se mecanizar\u00e1n mucho despu\u00e9s del tratamiento.<\/p>\n<h2>Planificar con antelaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>Recuerde que la formaci\u00f3n de incrustaciones representa una p\u00e9rdida real de material en una pieza.
