Las dimensiones y la geometr\u00eda de la muesca se normalizan de acuerdo con normas espec\u00edficas del sector (por ejemplo, normas ASTM o ISO).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Temperatura de ensayo: La probeta suele enfriarse a una temperatura espec\u00edfica, que puede ser la temperatura ambiente, una temperatura bajo cero o una temperatura elevada, dependiendo del material y de su aplicaci\u00f3n prevista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aparato de ensayo: La probeta se sujeta firmemente en una m\u00e1quina de ensayo de impacto de tipo p\u00e9ndulo. Cuando se trata de utillaje de fundici\u00f3n a alta presi\u00f3n, el aumento de la dureza resultante del tratamiento t\u00e9rmico reducir\u00e1 la tenacidad a la fractura, pero un mayor \u00edndice de enfriamiento r\u00e1pido aumentar\u00e1 la tenacidad a la fractura. La especificaci\u00f3n Nadca 207 establece requisitos espec\u00edficos para la energ\u00eda de fractura. Este proceso se aplica com\u00fanmente a diversos metales, especialmente aleaciones de acero, para mejorar sus propiedades mec\u00e1nicas. R\u00e1pido <a href=\"https:\/\/www.paulo.com\/es\/capabilities\/procesa\/tratamiento-termico\/tratamiento-termico-al-vacio\/\">enfriamiento<\/a> para ajustar la resistencia a la fractura a las especificaciones.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El papel de la velocidad de enfriamiento<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dentro del proceso de tratamiento t\u00e9rmico, hay muchos factores en juego que pueden afectar al resultado de las piezas, pero la velocidad de enfriamiento suele tener el mayor impacto fuera de la dureza objetivo de la herramienta. Tests were performed using various facilities and furnace sizes to heat treat regular production tooling, which were then evaluated for their Charpy performance scores. Alongside Nadca\u2019s study, AST-Paulo analyzed hundreds of customer data points and concluded that quench rate is one of the most important factors for improving Charpy performance.
