En estos casos, el recocido es necesario para devolverlos a un estado m\u00e1s blando que les permita someterse a otros procesos de conformado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3 tipos de recocido<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Existen tres tipos distintos de recocido: subcr\u00edtico, intercr\u00edtico y completo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recocido subcr\u00edtico<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El recocido subcr\u00edtico, tambi\u00e9n conocido como recocido de proceso, consiste en calentar un metal por debajo de su temperatura cr\u00edtica inferior, la temperatura a la que su estructura interna sufre una transformaci\u00f3n de fase. La temperatura umbral exacta var\u00eda seg\u00fan el tipo de material, pero suele situarse entre 1150\u00b0 y 1325\u00b0 Fahrenheit. Este m\u00e9todo de recocido se emplea para aliviar las tensiones internas y mejorar la maquinabilidad del metal. El proceso permite restablecer la uniformidad y reducir la dureza de la estructura del metal, lo que facilita su trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recocido intercr\u00edtico<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El recocido intercr\u00edtico consiste en calentar un metal dentro del intervalo de temperaturas comprendido entre sus puntos cr\u00edticos superior e inferior. El objetivo del recocido intercr\u00edtico es inducir la formaci\u00f3n parcial de austenita, una estructura c\u00fabica del metal. La austenita proporciona un equilibrio entre resistencia y ductilidad. El posterior enfriamiento tras el recocido intercr\u00edtico refina la microestructura del metal, lo que mejora sus propiedades mec\u00e1nicas. Este tipo de recocido suele producirse entre 1450\u00b0 y 1550\u00b0 Fahrenheit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recocido completo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El recocido total es cuando la pieza se mantiene por encima de su temperatura cr\u00edtica de transformaci\u00f3n hasta que est\u00e1 totalmente austenizada, lo que hace que el metal sea m\u00e1s d\u00factil y f\u00e1cil de moldear. Durante el proceso de alivio de tensiones, el metal se mantiene a una temperatura por debajo de su rango cr\u00edtico, normalmente entre 1000\u00b0 y 1275\u00b0 Fahrenheit para la mayor\u00eda de los materiales ferrosos, y se mantiene a esa temperatura durante un periodo espec\u00edfico. Esto permite que el metal alcance un estado de equilibrio t\u00e9rmico, permitiendo la redistribuci\u00f3n de las tensiones internas y su relajaci\u00f3n gradual. A continuaci\u00f3n, el metal se enfr\u00eda lentamente para minimizar la reformaci\u00f3n de las tensiones. Las matrices H13 son un buen ejemplo de piezas que suelen someterse a un proceso de alivio de tensiones o recocido para posibilitar las etapas finales del proceso de
