Por eso acu\u00f1amos el t\u00e9rmino \"datagineering\", porque se trata de c\u00f3mo reunimos lo mejor de las personas, la ciencia, los datos y la tecnolog\u00eda para producir resultados inigualables en el procesamiento t\u00e9rmico. Incluso a trav\u00e9s de todos los desaf\u00edos que present\u00f3 el a\u00f1o 2020, es algo que nos enorgullece decir que los miembros de nuestro equipo se han asegurado de mantener. Este a\u00f1o, tenemos cuatro personas que han sido reconocidas por sus compa\u00f1eros por su compromiso, no s\u00f3lo con nuestros valores y nuestros objetivos futuros, sino tambi\u00e9n con nuestros clientes.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De todas las nominaciones que hemos recibido para estos premios, nos enorgullece ver c\u00f3mo muchos de los miembros de nuestro equipo apoyan e inspiran a los que les rodean con su esfuerzo. Pero incluso en un campo de excelencia tan amplio, hubo cuatro que destacaron por elevar el list\u00f3n en nuestras principales \u00e1reas de inter\u00e9s: Esfuerzo, Ejemplo y Excelencia, as\u00ed como nuestro premio Frank Rassieur.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Premio al esfuerzo - Lanny Hughley<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Paulo de 2020 <\/span><b>Premio al esfuerzo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> va a T\u00e9cnico de Revestimiento <\/span><b>Lanny Hughley <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de la Divisi\u00f3n Paulo Cleveland.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La actitud positiva, la versatilidad, el rendimiento y el intercambio de conocimientos de Lanny no s\u00f3lo reforzaron el equipo, sino que tambi\u00e9n se ganaron el respeto de sus colegas y compa\u00f1eros de equipo por su contribuci\u00f3n a la hora de cubrir un departamento diferente, lo que consigui\u00f3 a la vez que manten\u00eda los niveles de producci\u00f3n y formaba y desarrollaba a tres compa\u00f1eros de equipo diferentes en su departamento de origen.
