Paulo se enorgullece de anunciar dos cambios en la estructura y el liderazgo de dos departamentos clave, Ingenier\u00eda y Recursos Humanos. En Ingenier\u00eda, Scott Herzing fue ascendido a Vicepresidente de Ingenier\u00eda. En el cambio de Recursos Humanos, Jessica Sickmeier fue promovida a Vicepresidenta de Recursos Humanos.<\/p>\n

Ingenier\u00eda<\/h2>\n

Scott Herzing, un veterano de Paulo con 20 a\u00f1os de experiencia, fue anteriormente el Director de Ingenier\u00eda de Proyectos. En ese puesto, Scott dirigi\u00f3 docenas de expansiones de plantas, instalaciones de equipos y puestas en marcha, as\u00ed como la construcci\u00f3n de las instalaciones de nueva planta en M\u00e9xico. Tambi\u00e9n ha sido fundamental en el desarrollo e implementaci\u00f3n de nuestros sistemas de control de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n. Scott seguir\u00e1 dirigiendo los departamentos de Ingenier\u00eda de Proyectos, Ingenier\u00eda de Automatizaci\u00f3n y Taller de Fabricaci\u00f3n, y ahora tambi\u00e9n dirigir\u00e1 el Departamento de Metalurgia.
