Paulo se complace en anunciar el ascenso de Tom Gundic a Director de Operaciones de nuestro Divisi\u00f3n de Nashville<\/a>a partir del 9 de enero. El cargo actual de Tom es el de Director de Control de Producci\u00f3n en nuestra Divisi\u00f3n Cleveland<\/a>, cargo que ocupa desde 2011.

\nTom ha estado con Paulo desde 2005, comenzando como empleado de env\u00edos y avanzando r\u00e1pidamente en el departamento de vac\u00edo como Supervisor de Turno en 2006. En oto\u00f1o de 2009, Tom ascendi\u00f3 a programador de producci\u00f3n, puesto que ocup\u00f3 durante tres a\u00f1os hasta que fue ascendido a director de control de producci\u00f3n. A trav\u00e9s de estas experiencias, Tom demostr\u00f3 su capacidad para apoyar y liderar equipos productivos. Durante su estancia en Cleveland, ha acumulado conocimientos sobre la soldadura fuerte y el tratamiento t\u00e9rmico al vac\u00edo con estrictas especificaciones aeroespaciales.
\n\"Mis 12 a\u00f1os en Paulo Cleveland han sido incre\u00edbles. He aprendido mucho de muchas personas y mentores excelentes. Su orientaci\u00f3n ha redondeado mis experiencias y me ha convertido en el gerente que soy hoy. Ese conjunto de experiencias me ha preparado para este nuevo crecimiento en mi carrera. Me entristece marcharme, pero estoy muy emocionada de unirme al equipo de Nashville. Es un momento emocionante para unirse a la Divisi\u00f3n de Nashville, que actualmente est\u00e1 experimentando una expansi\u00f3n de la planta y nuevos equipos. \nTom se incorpora a la Divisi\u00f3n de Nashville, que recientemente ha realizado una ampliaci\u00f3n de 30.000 metros cuadrados para aumentar la capacidad de tratamiento t\u00e9rmico de vac\u00edo y de temple integral. Su experiencia con los rigurosos sistemas de calidad Nadcap y AS9100 en Cleveland ser\u00e1 beneficiosa a medida que la Divisi\u00f3n de Nashville contin\u00faa su crecimiento.
