El metal de aportaci\u00f3n fundido fluye en el hueco entre las piezas por acci\u00f3n capilar. Al enfriarse, el metal de aportaci\u00f3n se solidifica, formando una uni\u00f3n muy fuerte entre las piezas unidas.<br><br>El proceso difiere de la soldadura en que las piezas se unen sin fundirse. Es similar a la soldadura, pero las temperaturas son mucho m\u00e1s altas y los espacios de ingenier\u00eda entre las piezas que se unen son mucho m\u00e1s ajustados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ventajas de la soldadura al vac\u00edo<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La flexibilidad que ofrece la soldadura fuerte la convierte en el tratamiento preferido por los clientes del sector aeroespacial. Esto se debe a que los componentes cr\u00edticos de los motores est\u00e1n fabricados con superaleaciones complejas para soportar el alto calor durante el servicio. Para que funcionen como est\u00e1n dise\u00f1adas, las piezas deben conservar sus estrechas tolerancias. El riesgo de distorsi\u00f3n durante otras operaciones de uni\u00f3n de metales es demasiado alto.<br><br>Adem\u00e1s, se evita la corrosi\u00f3n de los metales base y de aportaci\u00f3n durante la soldadura fuerte porque la falta de ox\u00edgeno en el horno impide la formaci\u00f3n de \u00f3xido.
