Los hornos de vac\u00edo evacuan toda la atm\u00f3sfera para evitar que se produzcan reacciones qu\u00edmicas no deseadas durante el proceso de tratamiento t\u00e9rmico o de soldadura. Tambi\u00e9n permite a los metal\u00fargicos dise\u00f1ar procesos t\u00e9rmicos en profundidad. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.paulo.com\/es\/capabilities\/procesa\/tratamiento-termico\/endurecimiento-pasante\/\">Mediante el endurecimiento<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.paulo.com\/es\/capabilities\/procesa\/tratamiento-termico\/tratamiento-de-la-solucion\/\">soluci\u00f3n de tratamiento<\/a>envejecimiento, templado y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.paulo.com\/es\/capabilities\/procesa\/tratamiento-termico\/recocido\/\">recocido<\/a> Nuestros hornos de vac\u00edo tambi\u00e9n permiten el proceso de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.paulo.com\/es\/capabilities\/procesa\/soldadura\/\">soldadura<\/a>-unir dos materiales fundiendo una aleaci\u00f3n entre ellos- se realice sin temor a la contaminaci\u00f3n de otros materiales. Para cargas de hasta 44 pulgadas por 42 pulgadas por 60 pulgadas, nuestros hornos de soldadura al vac\u00edo logran ajustes de temperatura precisos y controlados por ordenador tanto durante el calentamiento como durante el enfriamiento para obtener resultados \u00f3ptimos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Las ventajas de los hornos de vac\u00edo<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante el tratamiento t\u00e9rmico, nuestros hornos pueden calentar aleaciones complejas de hasta 8.000 libras en intervalos uniformes hasta alcanzar la temperatura de austenizaci\u00f3n. Una vez completado este proceso, no es necesario el enfriamiento tradicional mediante la inmersi\u00f3n de las piezas en una soluci\u00f3n l\u00edquida; el horno puede volver a llenarse con nitr\u00f3geno u otros gases como el arg\u00f3n, para el enfriamiento. Los gases de enfriamiento en los hornos de vac\u00edo pueden alcanzar presiones de enfriamiento de hasta 20 bares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Control preciso de los ciclos t\u00e9rmicos elaborados.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al igual que todos los equipos de Paulo, nuestros hornos de vac\u00edo est\u00e1n integrados en nuestro sistema de informaci\u00f3n de producci\u00f3n y servicio al cliente (PICS), que permite un control estricto de los elaborados dise\u00f1os de los ciclos t\u00e9rmicos, incluyendo variables como las tasas de calentamiento y la presi\u00f3n. Y como el proceso tiene lugar en el vac\u00edo, las piezas no se mueven, lo que permite a nuestros ingenieros medir exactamente lo que ocurre con sus piezas, a lo largo de todo el proceso, garantizando que las piezas han alcanzado las velocidades de enfriamiento deseadas y un calentamiento uniforme, en lugar de medir las condiciones en el horno en su conjunto.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div
