En el caso de las piezas que requieren tolerancias estrictas, el alivio de tensiones suele realizarse antes del mecanizado de acabado para crear resultados m\u00e1s predecibles y repetibles en la geometr\u00eda de la pieza acabada. El alivio de tensiones tambi\u00e9n puede realizarse antes del tratamiento t\u00e9rmico para minimizar la distorsi\u00f3n de las piezas resultantes. La mayor estabilidad dimensional que aporta el alivio de tensiones ayuda a que los componentes mantengan sus tolerancias cuando est\u00e1n en uso. El estr\u00e9s de la aplicaci\u00f3n por las temperaturas de servicio calientes y las altas cargas de impacto pueden agravar las tensiones residuales dentro de una pieza si no se alivian mediante un tratamiento t\u00e9rmico antes de que la pieza entre en servicio.<\/span><\/p>\n\n        <\/div>\n                      <div class=\"col-12 col-lg-6\">\n          <h4 class=\"paragraph\">Mayor maquinabilidad<\/h4>\n          <p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los componentes que tienen tolerancias ajustadas, especialmente los que encontramos en los mercados aeroespacial, de la automoci\u00f3n y m\u00e9dico, dependen del alivio de tensiones para hacer posible el mecanizado de precisi\u00f3n. La eliminaci\u00f3n de las dislocaciones de los cristales dentro de la estructura de la pieza hace que las operaciones de corte fino sean m\u00e1s consistentes y predecibles.<\/span><\/p>\n\n        <\/div>\n                      <div class=\"col-12 col-lg-6\">\n          <h4 class=\"paragraph\">Mayor vida \u00fatil de las piezas<\/h4>\n          <p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las piezas liberadas de tensiones tienen menos probabilidades de agrietarse o deformarse mientras est\u00e1n en su aplicaci\u00f3n, lo que les permite durar m\u00e1s tiempo.<\/span><\/p>\n\n        <\/div>\n          <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El proceso de tratamiento t\u00e9rmico para aliviar la tensi\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para la mayor\u00eda de las piezas de acero al carbono y de fundici\u00f3n, el tratamiento t\u00e9rmico de alivio de tensiones consiste en calentar uniformemente una estructura hasta una temperatura inferior al rango de transformaci\u00f3n austen\u00edtica. Tras mantener las piezas a la temperatura de alivio de tensiones, las sometemos a un enfriamiento controlado. La tensi\u00f3n puede volver a introducirse si las piezas se dejan enfriar demasiado r\u00e1pido. Esto es especialmente importante en el caso de los componentes m\u00e1s grandes, que se enfr\u00edan de forma natural a un ritmo m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido en el exterior en comparaci\u00f3n con el n\u00facleo de la pieza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tipos de tratamiento t\u00e9rmico antiestr\u00e9s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dependiendo de los resultados deseados, hay dos m\u00e9todos principales de alivio de tensiones entre los que elegir para procesar sus piezas met\u00e1licas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Alivio del estr\u00e9s por vac\u00edo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si las piezas brillantes y limpias son una preocupaci\u00f3n para su aplicaci\u00f3n, el alivio de la tensi\u00f3n en un horno de vac\u00edo (ofrecido en nuestro<a href=\"https:\/\/www.paulo.com\/es\/lugares\/kansas-city\/\"> Kansas City<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.paulo.com\/es\/lugares\/st-louis\/\">Louis<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.paulo.com\/es\/lugares\/nashville\/\">Nashville<\/a>y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.paulo.com\/es\/lugares\/cleveland\/\">Cleveland<\/a> divisiones) puede ser su mejor opci\u00f3n. La falta de atm\u00f3sfera en el horno impide la formaci\u00f3n de incrustaciones durante el tratamiento t\u00e9rmico. Adem\u00e1s, si sus piezas requieren temperaturas superiores a 1.650 \u00b0F, estos rangos s\u00f3lo pueden alcanzarse en equipos de vac\u00edo. En el caso de los componentes de alt\u00edsima precisi\u00f3n, a menudo vemos que las especificaciones de alivio de tensi\u00f3n exigen temperaturas de hasta 2.050\u00b0F.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Alivio del estr\u00e9s a\u00e9reo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El alivio de tensiones por aire se realiza en un horno de templado. Cuando se trata de aliviar las tensiones de piezas que no han sido tratadas t\u00e9rmicamente, el procesamiento a la temperatura m\u00e1s alta posible dar\u00e1 los mejores resultados. Para <a href=\"https:\/\/www.paulo.com\/es\/capabilities\/procesa\/tratamiento-termico\/endurecimiento-pasante\/\">a trav\u00e9s de piezas endurecidas<\/a>En el caso del acero para herramientas H13, templado a 1.100\u00b0F, lo procesaremos a 1.050\u00b0F para aliviar la tensi\u00f3n residual que se form\u00f3 durante la fabricaci\u00f3n o el tratamiento t\u00e9rmico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Criogenia profunda para el aluminio<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las piezas de aluminio se suelen liberar de tensiones someti\u00e9ndolas a temperaturas extremadamente bajas mediante <a href=\"https:\/\/www.paulo.com\/es\/capabilities\/procesa\/tratamiento-termico\/congelacion-criogenica-2\/\">criogenia<\/a>. A medida que la temperatura disminuye hacia el cero absoluto, los cristales de la estructura met\u00e1lica se hacen m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os, lo que hace que las dislocaciones sean m\u00f3viles y
