Las piezas tratadas se suelen templar en aceite, lo que ayuda a reducir el riesgo de distorsi\u00f3n. La caja formada suele medir entre 0,13 mm y cerca de 1 mm y la dureza de la superficie de estas piezas puede oscilar entre 55 y 62 HRC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ventajas de la carbonitruraci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La principal ventaja de la carbonitruraci\u00f3n es producir una carcasa dura y resistente al desgaste en las piezas de acero. Permite que los aceros con una templabilidad relativamente baja alcancen las caracter\u00edsticas de dureza de los materiales de mayor calidad.
