customers. They assist in the advance planning
of a job in order to help develop the optimal process and increase
product performance. Paulo metallurgists are active in developing
alternative processing sequences that may help to reduce manufacturing
costs. They also develop process improvement tools for operations
and they assist our plants and our customers in solving metallurgical
problems.
Our Process
Engineers work to further optimize both equipment and processes. Paulo's
Project Engineers design and build systems and equipment for both
dedicated and general applications. Engineering is a daily activity
