    We are continually replacing and adding to our equipment. When we install new equipment, it is on the leading edge of proven technology. We try to install equipment that is bigger and more efficient than our competitor's equipment. We want to leverage your hard work to make it count for as much as possible.

    PAULO is a family-owned business. The owners work in the business and manage it. PAULO was founded in 1943 by Ben and Pauline Rassieur and is currently under the leadership of Ben Rassieur, III, President; and Terry Rassieur, Executive Vice-President. PAULO is the life work of the owners. They are every bit as involved as you. They believe that the welfare of every employee is tied to the success of PAULO.

    PAULO's Corporate Headquarters is in St. Louis. The headquarters office sets our policies and directs the management of plant operations as well as our sales and marketing efforts. Headquarters employees provide most engineering, personnel, financial and data processing services to our plants and to our employees. Your pay check comes from Headquarters and your benefit programs are administered by Headquarters.

     

    PAULO operates plants in 5 locations: Cleveland, OH (American Brazing Corporation); Kansas City, MO; Murfreesboro, TN; Nashville, TN; St. Louis, MO. All plants do not perform all processes. Our plants operate 24 hours a day seven days a week.
