Emily Rassieur Joins Paulo HR Team

Paulo is happy to announce Emily Rassieur is joining us effective July 31^st. Her role, HR Management Associate, is a new one which is designed to provide exposure to a variety of HR disciplines and provide management training and experience. She will be based in St. Louis at Paulo Corporate Headquarters.

Emily is returning to St. Louis after working in Chicago for the past 4 years where she was a college campus recruiter for an international consultancy. Her first rotation at Paulo will put that experience to use in the Human Resource Development area, where she will work with our recruiting and training teams. Next she will move to the other side of our HR team, Personnel and Benefits, where the focus is benefits, payroll, and compensation. Emily will report to Katie Shanahan, Personnel and Benefits Manager. Katie commented, “We are excited to welcome Emily to the HR team at Paulo!  We are thrilled and fortunate to have her contribute her HR knowledge and enthusiasm to our team.”
Emily graduated from Texas Christian University in 2013 with a BSBA. Emily is the daughter of Terry Rassieur, Executive Vice President, and is part of the fourth-generation of Rassieurs working at Paulo.
Terry added, “I am very pleased that Emily is joining Paulo.  I am quite proud of her and know that all will enjoy getting to know her.  Emily is very conscientious and will be a strong contributor to Paulo.”
